I have misplaced my NovaMind Software Licence Number!

If you have misplaced your licence number contact NovaMind Sales with your name, business (if applicable) and address details. We will then trace your original purchase record and forward to you your license key. If you purchased through a reseller, you should contact them first to track your purchase and retrieve your key.

Can I upgrade to the latest version and use my existing license key to enable it?

Minor releases (i.e. 2.3, 2.4 etc) are free upgrades, however, Major releases (e.g. 2.x to 3.x etc) are paid upgrades. This means that for instance if you have a version 3 license, you will be able to use that license key to run any version 3 release of NovaMind. If you need to upgrade your license key from an earlier version of NovaMind to NovaMind 4, please visit our online store and scroll down to the upgrades section.

Will the same license key work for both the Mac and Windows version of NovaMind?

Yes. You can use the same license key for either version. Note that if you have a single user license key, you can have NovaMind installed on two different computers (either one Mac and one Windows or both the same type), and use the same license key, so long as you are only physically running one copy of NovaMind at a time.
